All products purchased from Mountaq are covered by a full year of limited warranty starting from the date of delivery. This warranty applies exclusively to defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal, intended use of the product.

Defective Products

If you believe a product is defective within the one year warranty period, please contact us at support@mountaq.com with your order number and a detailed description of the issue, including photos or videos if possible. Upon receipt and inspection, if we confirm a manufacturing or craftsmanship defect, we will, at our discretion, provide a replacement at no additional cost to you. Shipping costs for returning the defective item will be covered by Mountaq only if the defect is verified.

Warranty Conditions and Exclusions

  • This warranty applies solely to defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended use as specified in the product documentation or listing.
  • The warranty does not cover:
    a. Damage resulting from misuse, abuse, negligence, accidents, or improper storage.
    b. Unauthorized modifications, repairs, or alterations to the product.
    c. Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage (e.g., scratches, dents) that does not affect functionality.
    d. Damage caused by failure to follow provided care or usage instructions.
  • Mountaq is not liable for any incidental, consequential, or indirect damages (including personal injury, property damage, or lost profits) arising from the use or inability to use our products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Returns and Refunds Policy

Final Sale Items

All final sale item purchases are final and not eligible for refunds or exchanges. This is indicated on the product page. However, if you are dissatisfied with a final sale item, please contact our support team at support@mountaq.com within 30 days of delivery. At our sole discretion, we may offer store credit as a goodwill gesture, subject to product availability and condition.

Items

Non-final sale items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused and in their original, unopened packaging.
  • In the same condition as when delivered (e.g., free of damage, odors, or signs of use).
    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a verified defect covered under the warranty. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email support@mountaq.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Await approval and detailed shipping instructions from our team.
  3. Return the item in accordance with our instructions within 14 days of approval.
    Returns not adhering to this process may be rejected. Refunds (minus any applicable shipping fees) will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or liability reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless defective:
