Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at Mountaq. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-10 business days, however in periods of increased demand, some packages may take up to two to four weeks to arrive.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number with daily updates on your order, so you can see how close your item is. You will also receive notifications when your package is in transit and has been delivered.
